Cineplex Inc., Canada’s largest motion picture exhibitor with 163 theatres and 1,643 screens is holding a Cineplex Digital Solution Open House in their new Waterloo office tomorrow, October 15, 2014.

The event will be hosted by their CEO Ellis Jacob and the Mayor of Waterloo.

Exactly, a week later in New York, Cineplex’s Chief Financial Officer Gord Nelson will present ‘Digesting Our Acquisitions’ at The DailyDOOH Investor Conference on Wednesday October 22, 2014.
In the last five years, Cineplex has made three acquisitions in the digital out-of-home space.
In April 2009, Onsite Media Network Inc. based in Calgary, Alberta was acquired, in July 2010, Digital Display and Communications, Inc. based in Waterloo, Ontario was acquired and in August 2013, EK3 Technologies Inc. based in London, Ontario was acquired.
