Crown Enterprises, Warren, Michigan, and RMG Networks Holding Corporation, or RMG Networks, Dallas-based provider of technology-driven visual communications solutions, have announced that they have amicably resolved their contractual dispute and have stated that they will continue to work together to provide a best-in-class, office-based, digital media service for their customers.

This of course refers to Crown Enterprises SA RL (Plaintiff) v. RMG Networks Holding Corporation (Defendant) Case Number: 3:2014cv02445 filed July 8, 2014 which involved Regus.
