Gail Chiasson, North American Editor
Visionstate Inc. will be installing 90 interactive directories across 30 CBL Properties.
Each kiosk will have two sides. One side will be a 55″ Digital advertising screen, and the other will be installed with Visionstate’s proprietary interactive software ViCCi (Virtual Customer Care Interface). ViCCi is designed to help shoppers find exactly what the are looking for by intuitively helping them with wayfinding, tenant information, sales, events, and job listings at shopping centers.
“We have installed the first four units at East Towne Mall and West Towne Mall in Madison, Wisconsin and want to continue rolling out over the next 10 months,” Christopher Smith, vice-president business development, Visionstate.
“Before we move ahead with the installations, we are looking for a strong advertising partner to deploy their technology and to sell advertising on the 55″ screens. We will be approaching the market in the coming weeks with the release of our Request for Proposals.”
Visionstate is a software development company and division of Visionstate Corp. (formerly named CSM Systems Corp.), based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
