Ocean Outdoor‘s Chairman Tom Goddard today announced that Shaun Gregory, former Managing Director of Advertising at Telefonica, has resigned his non-Executive Board position with immediate effect, due to workload commitments in his new positon as Chief Executive Officer at Exterion Media.
“We fully understand Shaun’s need to concentrate his efforts at Exterion and on behalf of the Board and myself personally, would like to thank him most sincerely for his valuable contribution to Ocean over the past two years. Shaun brought innovative ideas and broadened our strategic view, especially in relation to digital media convergence” said Goddard.
Shaun told us “Whilst I’m disappointed to be relinquishing my NED position at Ocean Outdoor, my day to day responsibilities at Exterion Media have made it increasingly difficult for me to contribute to the company’s growth and future strategy. I have enjoyed my involvement since being appointed in 2012 and feel very privileged to have worked with such a high quality team. I’d like to personally thank Tom, Tim and the LDC team for affording me the opportunity and I wish them continued success for the future.”.
Shaun, as he told the audience in New York last week at The DailyDOOH Investor Conference continues to hold a wide variety of other Non-Executive Director (NED) positions.
