RMG Networks Reports Third Quarter 2014 Results

“A reversal (non-cash benefit) of $2.8 million related to a previously booked loss accrual charge on a long-term contract, resulting from revised estimates for the performance of the contract over its term” is probably the Regus deal.

Operating loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 was $18.5 million compared to an operating loss of $5.3 million for the same quarter last year.

    Wow, these guys lose in a quarter more than most of their competitor companies make in a year.

    I doubt there were ever 10 people at RMG who knew their arse from a hole in the wall, but there can’t be more than two left. A bunch of financial magic: how to make $80 million disappear. Let the lawsuits begin.
