Cynics would say it is “only two years late” but here at #CES2015 Intel announced the Intel HDMI Compute Stick.
Intel has squeezed in 2GB of RAM, a quad-core Atom CPU, 32GB storage, a USB port, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 support and a mini-USB connector for power.
Available in March, the Windows version costs USD 149 and a 1GB RAM/8GB memory Linux version costs USD 89.
