It’s not the first time (it has been FOR SALE) but we have it on good authority from the investment community in North America that John Ryan is for sale.

…and absolutely no one cares

Is there no end to the hubris? Can JR possibly believe there is actually something worth buying here? Surely even they have to admit the heyday of the place is long passed and what might have been worth something once upon a time is no more.

The revolving door that is John Ryan continues to lose good staff – yet again. Minneapolis based EVP Market Development, Jim Rice managed to last through two tours of duty before abruptly resigning last week. Another true gentleman in the industry with a very deep Rolodex of banking contacts, he will be a real loss for Ryan and another example of how all the good people there finally reach their fill of Nancy’s nonsense and bail, only to join the ever growing chorus of us disgruntled ex-Ryanites.

I think JR is a good sound company with a good product. It is a shame to see them do so badly, they really just need to get to grips with software development and supplier management. Good luck to them, there is something worth saving here, I belive they can be great but the company is not for me….I don’t fit in with the brass!

JohnRyan will be exposed soon enough for all of their questionable business practices and logistics.
