RMG Networks Holding Corporation (RMG Networks), Dallas-based provider of technology-driven visual communications solutions, has named Steve Chang as its new senior vice-president of strategy and solutions.

Chang brings more than 30 years of relevant industry experience to RMG Networks. Previously, Chang held senior management roles with leading financial service and management consulting companies including Prophet, McKinsey & Company, CSC Index and Accenture. He was recently an operating partner and head of strategy with Sterling Partners, a leading private equity firm. In this role, he worked closely with management and board directors of portfolio companies to identify and implement key growth strategies.

“Steve has a proven track record when it comes to developing and implementing strategies that drive growth for companies,” says Bob Michelson, CEO and president of RMG Networks. “His strong business acumen, leadership skills and customer-first approach will be an asset to RMG Networks. Further, Steve’s deep industry expertise in Financial Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Distribution and Utilities will drive RMG’s evolution of a deepening array of solutions for those industries.”

Chang will have oversight of the strategic direction and expansion of RMG’s intelligent visual communications solutions. A primary focus will be to accelerate and expand RMG’s introduction of new business solutions that drive tangible value for customers across a variety of markets.
