National Cinemedia Rebrands as NCM

We’ll have a fuller story up shortly with regard National CineMedia Inc’s announcement at its upfront this week, that it is going to rebrand itself as NCM.
By now calling themselves NCM and not National Cinemedia we believe that they are likely positioning themselves to buy into non-cinema digital advertising networks?
What is certain is that they quickly need a Wall Street growth strategy (or their stock will never go up) now that the Screenvision deal is off the table.
