Crane Merchandising Systems Joins DPAA

Crane Merchandising Systems, a Crane Co. company, and a major global manufacturer of innovative solutions for vending machines, cashless systems, software and wireless communications, has joined the Digital Place Based Advertising Association, New York.

Crane introduced video screens as standard equipment on vending machines worldwide last year with the introduction of the MEDIA Platform. The company also provides software and services to take advantage of the capabilities of these machines to boost product sales and redefine the consumer experience, such as interactive shopping carts, multiple electronic and mobile payment options, and targeted point-of-sale advertisements.
