There’s only one place online where you can find a complete list of all the industry M&A over the last 12-18 months and that’s here and there’s only one happening place where the industry’s senior execs meet to discuss and that’s The DailyDOOH Investor Conference (registration is now open by the way).
So what else (gossip wise) have we heard since we returned from our summer vacation?
- Well, first of all it seems that the stock market’s worries with regard China have put paid to any chance of NanoLumens doing an IPO in the near future (such a shame as they were doing their investor roadshow the week we were in New York in July).
- In the UK, Primesight’s owners seem desperate to sell. The asking price, north of GBP 250 Million we hear, (that’s one hell of a multiple) might put a few people off though.
- Bulger Partners who have been shopping Scala around, under the guise of ‘Lumen’ have been asking USD 40 million but for some strange reason have figured that folks like Adobe, Intel and Google would be interested.
- Gimbal’s plan for a Series B fund raising round seems to be going well and is on track.
