Whoops, @Enplug Latest To Be Sued

Monster Media has continued to assert a number of its Social OOH Patents, variously US Patent; 8,886,759, US 7,450,954, US 8,615,565 and US 8,880,649 all of which are related to different forms of Interactive Out-of-Home technology as we note that buried deep in the Pacer US court database you can find Case Number: 1:15-cv-07376.
Case Number: 1:15-cv-07376 shows that Monster has filed against Enplug in the NY Southern District for “a total of at least $455,000, which sum should be trebled to $1,365,000.00 pursuant to 35 U.S.C. §284, with interest thereon, be awarded against Defendant Enplug, Inc. to Plaintiff Monster Patents, LLC”.
Rumour on the street is that next up will be San Francisco startup TINT, who recently signed a deal with UK media owner Exterion Media.
