Top Digital Signage Content Trends For 2016

The Digital Signage Federation, the independent not-for-profit trade organization serving the digital signage industry invites both DSF members and non-members to attend its Wednesday, February 10 ‘Hangout’ panel discussion at 2pm EST, on the topic of ‘Top Digital Signage Content Trends for 2016’.

Everyone who has oversight responsibility, creates content for or manages a digital signage communications network understands the challenges of constantly supplying fresh content to keep messaging up to date will appreciate the opportunity to hear from a panel of experienced digital signage veterans about the latest in content management trends and how to take best advantage of advances coming in 2016.

Hangouts are 45-minute panel discussions using Google’s Hangout platform with a moderator and a panel of three or four industry professionals.

In addition to sharing their thoughts on content trends, the panel may discuss such issues as:

  • Whether or not HTML5 is here to stay;
  • How ‘Open Source’ applies to digital signage;
  • When social media should be included in a digital display;
  • When consumers expect interactive functionality;
  • What to measure, and how to know if it is working;
  • Design tips: how much content is too much?
