800 screens and interactive kiosks at more than 65 points of sale across Carrefour’s retail estate in Spain is the result of a joint project with Neo Advertising.
The aim, we are told , is to develop a new means of communication with the customer: direct, multi-channel and hopefully effective.
We haven’t seen it of ourselves but we’re told that new applications have been developed to display content in real time via interactive websites, queue management and interactive catalogs at the wine bar and in childcare areas.
Neo is responsible for procurement, installation and configuration of hardware and software nationwide. It is also responsible for content management and technical support and maintenance of the entire system.
