CCOA Reaches Untapped Areas of Sunset Strip Ad Mecca

Clear Channel Outdoor Americas has announced the launch of nine wallscapes, completing an exclusive fleet of 11 spectaculars on the much anticipated Sunset Millennium property in West Hollywood, California.
The eye-catching new billboards go live beginning June, 2016, when Phase I of Sunset Millennium is complete. Sunset Millennium offers advertisers the rare opportunity to reach a highly influential audience, including nearly 50,000 passersby daily in the heart of the Sunset Strip.
Sunset Millennium, a $300 million premier real estate development project, consists of four-mid-rise buildings that provide a mixture of hotel rooms, condominiums and premium retail and restaurant space. Clear Channel Outdoor Americas’ new displays are among the largest out-of-home media available in the Los Angeles area. The displays include, seven walls standing from 80’ to 87’ tall and four vertical bulletins that are 60’ tall and 20’ wide, with each display delivering over 1.1 million impressions monthly.
Long known as an in-demand advertising hot spot, the Sunset Strip is consistently cited as a leading destination for setting trends in music, dining, entertainment and fashion and attracting a well-heeled clientele. The area is also surrounded by ultra-high-end residential neighborhoods, including: Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills and Hollywood, which gives brands unprecedented access to affluent consumers.
CCOA secured its presence in this area nearly 15 years ago, envisioning the redevelopment of this property and its ability to provide a significant opportunity for its advertising partners.
The new assets in Sunset Millennium further augment CCOA’s already significant presence in the Los Angeles area. Together with the new billboards available on the Sunset Strip, CCOA is the largest OOH media company in Los Angeles, offering brands the most strategically located billboards across the city including over 8,100 total displays and 47 digital displays.
