We understand that JMC Capital Partners LLC has acquired Toronto-based Vertigo Display Systems.
Vertigo Display Systems last changed hands when it was sold to a private Canadian investor for an undisclosed sum back in June 30, 2013. It subsequently turned out that the investor in question was Amadeo Tarzia who, in 2012, also bought MediaTile under the guise of Corum Digital Corporation.
Brad Gleeson, currently wearing a Chief Commercial Officer hat at CIVIQ Smartscapes (also owned by JMC Capital) of course, was also involved with Vertigo at the time of that last acquisition.
As usual, you heard it hear first. Expect an official announcement on Friday.
