ZetaDisplay (Nasdaq Stockholm: ZETA) has announced that Ola Burmark has been appointed as new CFO and a member of ZetaDisplay’s group management. Ola Burmark will take up the position not later than June 1, 2018.

Ola Burmark possesses many years’ experience from senior positions at several major companies, and most recently served as CFO of Medivir AB (publ) He has also served as CFO of OneMed and Aditro, and been responsible for group acquisitions and financing at Thule Group. Ola Burmark will be a member of ZetaDisplay’s group management and report to CEO Leif Liljebrunn, with responsibility for the finance function and Investor Relations.

Paula Hjertberg, the company’s current CFO, will assume the position as Group Reporting Officer (Koncernredovisningschef) with responsibility for the group’s accounting function and internal control.
