Chilean Signage Company NEOMARK Will Develop Six @FASTSIGNS Centers in Santiago
FASTSIGNS International, Inc., franchisor of FASTSIGNS has announced that it has signed a Master Franchise Agreement to expand to Chile. NEOMARK, a full-service sign business based in Santiago, Chile, will convert its existing location to FASTSIGNS and open five additional locations throughout Santiago.
Catherine Monson, CEO of FASTSIGNS International, Inc. told us “We are thrilled to expand FASTSIGNS International, Inc.’s presence to South America with the signing of a master franchise agreement in Chile. NEOMARK has built a strong business and incredible reputation in Santiago and we are excited that the Alcayaga Granic family chose FASTSIGNS to help elevate and grow their company. FASTSIGNS and NEOMARK share many of the same business goals, including providing clients with full-service, impactful visual solutions, and we’re confident they will be successful as they grow the FASTSIGNS brand throughout Chile.”
Founded in 2002, NEOMARK is a family-owned business with over 40 years experience manufacturing signs and graphics. NEOMARK plans to develop its first six centers in Santiago and is targeting additional growth in some of Chile’s largest cities, such as Iquique, Antofagasta, Viña del Mar, Concepción, and Temuco.
Gonzalo Alcayaga Granic said “Although we are a family company with many years in the graphics industry, we can always be better. FASTSIGNS showed us that they are able to help us and strengthen our business to take it to the next level, with growth potential even outside our country. We believe that the mix between the power and experience of the FASTSIGNS brand and the NEOMARK team will be the perfect formula to develop a very successful business in Chile, and perhaps South America.”
This announcement comes on the heels of a year of exceptional growth for the brand, opening 43 locations in the U.S. and Canada, as well as three in the U.K. throughout 2017. Additionally, last year FASTSIGNS signed a Master Franchise Agreement with the Famalco Group to open 16 new centers throughout Malta, Italy, and Greece. In 2018, FASTSIGNS plans to open an additional 45 centers across the U.S. and is targeting aggressive franchise development in markets such as Greater New York City, Boston, and the Northeast Corridor, and throughout the West Coast including in Southern California and Arizona. Across North America, FASTSIGNS has over 400 markets ready for development. Internationally, FASTSIGNS is continuing to seek qualified candidates to grow its international footprint in target markets throughout the world, including Brazil, Quebec, North Africa, Southeast Asia, India, Europe, and Latin America.
