Caruth Capital Partners announced this week that they have acquired Jersey Premier Outdoor Media with inventory in Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia, Northern Delaware, and Maryland.

Jersey Premier Outdoor Media boasts 200 faces including 10 digital.

Caruth Capital Partners, LLC, is a middle-market private equity firm based in Dallas, TX.

The new business will trade as Premier Outdoor Media.
