THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RE-SCHEDULED. Beijing InfoComm China 2020 which was scheduled to take place March 26-28, 2020 has been rescheduled and will now take place September 28-30, 2020 at the China National Convention Center (CNCC).
Beijing InfoComm China will be held on March 26 – 28, 2020 which for the first time is a Thursday to Saturday), so this year, the show will end on a Saturday, catering to busy business visitors.
The China National Convention Centre (CNCC) will once again be the location, providing continuity and familiar context for both local and overseas exhibitors and visitors.
All of CNCC’s exhibition halls, covering 68,000 sqm, will be occupied. The sprawling spaces will showcase the latest and most cutting-edge Professional AudioVisual (Pro-AV) and Integrated Experience solutions of over 450 technology innovators from China and the world. Running concurrently with the exhibition are the Summit and Next Integrated Experience Technology (NIXT) Conference, which will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and insights between industry experts, leaders, managers and business end-users. .
Beijing InfoComm China 2020 continues to attract leading solutions providers and brands. These include global brands such as Crestron Electronics, Epson, Harman, Poly, Shure, Sennheiser Electronic and Yamaha; and renowned Chinese companies such as AOTO, Changhong, Dahua, Hikvision and Leyard.
Beijing InfoComm China is expected to be larger than the 2019 Show, fuelled by strong response from repeat and new domestic and overseas exhibitors. Many of them will be demonstrating disruptive technologies such as IoT, AI and 5G that will transform businesses and user experience. Approximately 80% are returning exhibitors from past shows.

The Beijing InfoComm China 2020 Summit will feature a new forum; AV Leaders Connect has been designed for AV-industry C-suite executives to exchange views and information on the impact of disruptive technologies on the future of their industry; and on implications to solution providers and business end-users.
Focusing on mid-level management, AV Managers Day will feature technical and hands-on discussions, seminars and workshops for managers to learn best practices, know-hows and management skills using AV solutions, so as to strengthen their operational and project management capabilities. This flexible programme allows attendees to select the sessions they want to attend over the three days so that they can maximise the benefits of their participation.
Also we note that the NIXT Conference will return for the second year with an expanded program featuring a four-session conference; focusing on the transformative power of six technologies; AI, IoT, Robotics, Smart Wearables, Extended Reality and 5G – on manufacturing, smart cities, retail, and entertainment and media.
