Wildstone Capital Ltd. and Insite Poster Properties Ltd. have combined to focus on meeting the growing demand for OOH media across the UK.
Founded in 2010, Wildstone manages third-party OOH sites in the UK on behalf of asset owners, as well as a very small portfolio of its own sites. The company has a management team with a proven track record of successfully executing on new growth strategies in the UK market and boasts significant expertise in managing an OOH platform.
Insite Poster Properties was founded by Dan Maiden in 2004. It specialises in the purchase and rental of outdoor advertising sites across the UK and is headquartered out of Cirencester, United Kingdom.
The press release stated that the combination of Wildstone and Insite will enhance the advertising offerings available to media owners and improve the quality of OOH media delivery in the UK by combining best-in-class operational and managerial expertise with a high-quality portfolio of media assets.
We understand that Insite’s current CEO and founder, Dan Maiden has retired from the business. Wildstone Founder and CEO Damian Cox will lead the *new* combined management team, with he as CEO, Jonathan Chandler as UK Managing Director and Luke Creighton as CFO.
