Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe has joined a strategic alliance with Signagram, a spin-off of Belgian digital signage company Kimeru. The partners have embarked on an ambitious global computing expansion that will see the Signagram software suite integrated on all screens featuring the NEC MediaPlayer platform.
Nathaniël Van Parijs, CEO at Kimeru, said “Our partner alliance with Sharp/NEC meshes well with our values and strengthens our promise of reliable performance and quality to customers. We will continue to offer our clients an innovative and content-rich platform, suitable for both small and large deployments.”
NEC MediaPlayer is a powerful plug-and-play solution that’s easy to manage and facilitates diverse content creation for digital signage. Signagram brings its intuitive CMS technology – offering professional live feeds, content centric workflows as well as AI-driven media searches – to the collaboration. The CMS software will come factory available for every customer buying NEC displays with the integrated MediaPlayer and can be installed by one click only.

It will energise us to be more innovative and better meet the broad range of specific customer needs.
