As we wrote back in early December, rumour in the US was that Spectrio LLC was about to be acquired.
As we speculated then, it was indeed, another private equity company, in this instance, The Jordan Company, that made the acquisition.
Spectrio’s existing management team, led by CEO Dax Brady-Sheehan, will continue to run the company and previous owner, Bertram Capital Management retains a small minority stake.
Lumos Partners served as financial advisors and Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel for The Jordan Company. Baird and Lincoln International LLC served as financial advisors and Paul Hastings LLP served as legal counsel to Spectrio.
