Place Exchange Sneak Into Singapore

New York based Place Exchange, the leading SSP for programmatic out-of-home and place-based media, who recently announced its expansion into Canada has seemingly snuck onto Singapore without anyone really noticing.

SPHMBO is the outdoor media arm of Singapore Press Holdings Limited and in a recent newsletter to its clients said “Advertisers can now execute digital out of home campaigns on key SPHMBO sites on the various DSPs through PMP deals on the programmatic SSP platform, Place Exchange”.

This is news to us but welcome nonetheless as Place Exchange join Hivestack and Vistar Media doing #AdTECH in the region.

Sites available programmatically include the largest DOOH screen in the CBD at One Raffles Place (shown to the right here), as well as those located at Vivocity, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Bedok Town Square, HDB Hub, Marina Square, and South Beach.

The new mega LED screen is placed on the facade of One Raffles Place, one of the tallest skyscrapers in the CBD, above the main entrance of the mall. It’s nestled in an area which attracts an average of two million visitors monthly, it offers advertisers high-quality pedestrian traffic comprising mainly 50.4% PMEBs (versus 32.2% national average).

Industry veteran Ron Graham, and Founder & Managing Director of Media On The Go Pte Ltd, a Singapore based consultancy for OOH media in the Asia Pacific region will be chairing AdTECH: OOH – Singapore which takes place at the Marina Bay Sands on Wednesday March 30, 2022 and runs alongside ATS Singapore (March 30-31, 2022).

Registration is open and can be found here.
