Pladway, the programmatic advertising platform led by Marco Orlandi, has taken the first concrete steps in internationalizing its offer, by announcing that it has joined the World Out Of Home Organization.
Marco Orlandi told us “We are proud and excited to have become new members of WOO. Pladway has now the opportunity to expand its activities abroad, dialoguing with the most accredited operators on the global scene and contributing to the shared mission of promoting the sector and its evolution. In this development scenario, it is our purpose to actively collaborate with all Industry players – customers, partners and competitors – for the correct application of international guidelines and standards and to reaffirm programmatic as a strategic component in the DOOH segment.
Their press release stated that joining WOO is consistent with the process of expanding the Pladway offer to the global audience, which will allow foreign advertisers to easily plan their campaigns on the largest Italian OOH inventory. Today in fact Pladway intermediates on the programmatic channel all the main OOH networks in Italy.
Founded in 2018 in Milan (Italy), Pladway has created a full stack programmatic solution for Digital Out of Home Networks and InStore Radio. After the great success of the platform in Italy, which granted it the acquisition of the entire market both in terms of demand and supply, Pladway today is rapidly expanding internationally. Pladway has been part of Voilàp Holding since October 2020.
Founded in 1970, the Voilàp group offers technologies at the service of Smart Cities. It is present globally in more than 60 countries, using eight production plants (located mainly in Italy and Germany) and an extensive network of 40 sales offices that also offer the after-sales service.
