Media Resources, a leading signage, service, and manufacturing company providing Digital LED Displays, Large Format Printing, 3D Creations, and Installation services to the sign and display industry, established back in 1967 has acquired Impulse Graphics & Display Solutions, headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario.

“Combining the two organisations will provide our clients with the latest production technologies and efficiencies, along with expanded logistical capabilities. This acquisition will allow our customers to access enhanced in-store retail signage and display solutions and a Canada-wide distribution and installation program designed to provide organizations with a single source for their graphics and installation needs. Impulse Graphics’ acquisition will further position Media Resources to the forefront of in-store retail signage suppliers by delivering additional products and services that will help advertisers improve the in-store experience”.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
