InSite Street Media have announced a new executive management team, effective June 1, 2021. Randall Smith, InSite’s Chief Executive Officer since 2018, will be assuming a new role in the company as Executive Chairman of the Board where he will focus on corporate strategy.
Keith D. Thompson, previously the company’s Executive Vice President, Head of Sales, has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer. He has has been with the company since 2013, first as Executive VP with InSite SA-Martin Outdoor Media (MOM) and then as EVP, Head of Sales for the combined company after the merger of InSite SA-MOM and Signal Outdoor to form InSite Street Media back in 2018.
MSouth Equity Partners is majority owner of InSite Street Media. Barry Boniface, Chairman of InSite Street Media and Partner at MSouth, said “As we emerge from the impact of the pandemic on the business, Keith was the clear choice to succeed Randy to drive value for the enterprise. He has the full support and confidence of the Board.”
Industry veteran Ray Moyers, who had served most recently as President & Chief Operating Officer at InSite, will be retiring at the end of June. He started his career at Whiteco in 1970 and has enjoyed a distinguished career covering 50 years in senior positions with some of the most recognised names in the outdoor advertising industry.
Replacing Keith D. Thompson as Head of Sales is Arthur R. Rockwell, previously General Manager of the company’s Westchester, NY Division and now Vice President, Sales & Marketing for InSite Street Media.
Damian Canterini will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer and Glenn Flutie will continue in his role as EVP, Operations. Damian has been with the company since early 2016 and Glenn joined from InSite SA-MOM as part of the 2018 merger.
