Rumour in North America is that Tim Hortons (one of the big EK3 customers) is looking for a new software solution. Why? Seems like the ‘For Sale’ above EK3 and the denials thereof back in June really shook ’em up.

We’ve had a ton of people ring us about this. We don’t have an RFP and don’t believe there is one but a queue of software vendors seems to have formed outside Tim Horton’s front door already.

Tim Horton’s is a great business (much better than Starbucks) and has the makings of a great network (just imagine what could be done if you thought Danoo-like).
