Alight Media, the UK’s fastest growing out-of-home media owner, has announced the expansion of its Direct Sales team with the hire of three new Business Development Managers: Mike MacLennan, Nicola Iles and Alex Healy.
They have joined to champion OOH across SMEs, reporting to Jacs Carreau, Head of Direct Sales at Alight Media.
- Mike brings extensive out-of-home experience, having previously spent four years at Exterion Media. During this time, he worked across all key OOH Specialists within the Regional Agency team, and prior to this worked with the Scottish Golf Union as their Commercial Executive for the Ryder Cup at Gleneagles.
- Nicola joins Alight Media from Clear Channel where she worked for over 10 years with direct buying customers, as well as agencies and specialist aligned agencies across the UK, and internationally. Nicola is an experienced professional with nearly 20 years’ experience of working in media, marketing, business development and customer account management. Nicola has worked in various exciting roles over the years in sectors such as Publishing, Radio, Advertising Agencies, Aviation and 3D Printing, as well as (of course) … Out of Home media, which she is hugely passionate about.
- Alex has previous experience working in outdoor advertising working across both traditional and digital formats with Clear Channel and CBS. Alex also worked for a specialist aligned advertising agency. Not only has he worked with a mixture of advertising agencies but has experience working with direct clients across the South of the UK and brings a wealth of knowledge having sold most variations of outdoor during his career.
