Pearl Media Expands Digital Footprint at Manhattan West
Pearl Media, an award-winning Out Of Home and Marketing Agency, is broadening its New York City portfolio of premium, high-impact media properties with an exclusive media relationship at the recently opened development from Brookfield Properties, Manhattan West.
Manhattan West is situated at the doorstep to one of the busiest transit hubs in the world, Penn Station & the new Moynihan Train Hall, two blocks from Madison Square Garden and will eventually be connected to NYC’s beloved elevated linear park, The High Line.
As part of the partnership, Pearl will exclusively handle the management, sales and marketing of all the digital media assets within the venue.
Josh Cohen, CEO of Pearl Media told us “We are excited to expand our digital footprint in NYC and extend our coverage to New York City’s revitalized West Side. Manhattan West aligns perfectly within our existing portfolio that delivers high quality audiences that brands can speak to through premium digital experiences”.
Manhattan West is Brookfield Properties’ latest mixed-use destination, spanning eight-acres of dining, hospitality, entertainment, luxury residences, six-million square-feet of modern office space and experiential retail, all surrounding a 2.5-acre landscaped public plaza. Major powerhouse office tenants include: the NHL, Earnest & Young, Peloton, JPMorgan Chase and Amazon.
In total, the digital footprint will be comprised of over 1,800 square feet of Digital Media, most of which is placed throughout the bustling Citizens New York, an elevated quick service culinary market with hotspots including Umami Burger, Krispy Rice, Sam’s Crispy Chicken, and many more. As well, Pearl will manage the content and events on the massive 1,400 square foot digital surface overlooking the public retail plaza.
The Pearl Media interior digital network is actively running with the largescale Plaza Screen slated to launch in 2022. This is the third digital installation between Pearl and Brookfield Properties which already includes Brookfield Place in lower Manhattan and Fifth + Broadway in Nashville.
