Clear Channel Outdoor is celebrating the Black History Month theme for 2022 of ‘Health & Wellness’.
The company is running digital creative spotlighting individuals, past and present, at the forefront of fostering and advancing good health and wellness within, and beyond, the Black community.
In addition, some of Clear Channel Outdoor’s creative will shine a light on the important role historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) play in educating many of the country’s Black doctors and healthcare providers.
The campaign is conducted in collaboration with the company’s employee Executive Diversity Advisory Committee (EDAC). Rory Short, regional creative leader, Clear Channel Outdoor – Northern California, designed the digital creative and all typeface and fonts used were designed by black type designers.

Dr. Kizzmekia Corbett – Helped develop a COVID vaccine
Dr. Joycelyn Elders – The first black surgeon general
HBCUs educate 40% of black healthcare professionals
