ZenFi Networks has announced a new LinkNYC initiative, Link5G.
We re told that the project will help bridge the digital divide while bringing wireless connectivity to the communities that need it most.
ZenFi Networks describes itself as an “innovative leader of digital infrastructure solutions in the NY and NJ metro region”, bottom line it’s a very successful dark fiber backhaul company based in New York City. The company operates an 800 route mile fiber optic network in the New York City metropolitan area that connects mobile phone macrosites, small cells and Wi-Fi nodes to carriers and other core network.
