Hillenaar Outdoor has acquired OOHA Media, solidifying its position as the second-largest provider of digital highway signs in the Netherlands.
We were told that this significant milestone marks a giant leap forward for the company. Because of this acquisition, we now operate sixty digital screens along highways throughout the country. Our strategy to rapidly build a large and relevant portfolio is yielding great results. We are committed to adding new digital highway signs at high-impact locations, ensuring that we become more relevant to advertisers and inherently deliver campaigns with a high reach.””
OOHA Media, based in Barneveld offered digital highway signs strategically positioned along highways with substantial traffic, making it an appealing prospect for acquisition.
OOHA Media’s inventory is being integrated into the Hillenaar Outdoor network and the brand ‘OOHA Media’ will be phased out.
The acquisition involves fourteen digital screens, including locations along the A2, A58, and A12 highways.
