Berlin-based HYGH AG has appointed Shaun Gregory as an Independent Board Director.
We are told that Shaun will draw on his extensive network to assist the company with key issues such as internationalisation and recruitment of key personnel. His appointment follows the recent completion of a funding round led by Sparta Capital Management to help the company achieve its ambitious goals.
Shaun’s experience in various media sectors, particularly in out of home advertising, has established him as an authority in the field. As CEO of Exterion Media from 2014 to 2018, he he steered the company’s growth, elevating it to a leading position in the UK market, culminating in its acquisition by Global. Prior to this, he served as a non-executive director on the board of Ocean Outdoor for several years. His proven ability to drive both emerging and established businesses to success underscores his adaptability and expertise, making him an ideal addition to HYGH.

Shaun has held positions in a number of companies and industry bodies including Exterion Media, WEVE, Telefonica, O2, Ocean Outdoor, Proxama and the Telegraph Media Group. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is also actively involved in charity work, supporting organisations such as Childline and the NSPCC.
Shaun is a graduate of Wharton Business School in the US and holds a degree in Strategic Thinking and an Executive Development degree from Ashridge/Manchester Business School in the UK.
