Eric Lebeau and Nick Timms have joined leading contextual advertising company Seedtag as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategy respectively.
- As CFO, Eric oversees Finance, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and M&A strategy with a team of 40, leveraging technology for improved finance processes and settling a data-driven mindset. He brings Seedtag more than 18 years of experience in the logistics and shipping industry, including roles at multinational companies like DHL and GeoPost. From these positions, Lebeau acquired significant knowledge in Finance and M&A and served as CFO of the GeoPost subsidiaries in Spain (SEUR). In 2020, he entered the tech industry as CFO at Packlink, where he successfully completed the sale of the company before becoming the leader in Finance for the EMEA region at Auctane. He is based in Madrid.
- Nick leads a global team of 10, focusing on go-to-market strategies that enhance clients’ partnerships through privacy-focused approaches, while driving product-driven solutions aligned with Seedtag’s objectives. With a rich background spanning 15 years on both the buy-side and sell-side in media companies such as MiQ, GroupM, and DailyMail, he brings a deep understanding of the landscape. His expertise has been especially valuable in industries like sports and entertainment, where bookmakers play a significant role, helping clients tailor strategic campaigns that resonate with audiences. Previously serving as Global Chief Commercial Strategy Officer at MiQ, Nick now applies his commercial and product leadership insights at Seedtag, working as a consultant from his base in the UK.

Seedtag was founded in Madrid in 2014 by two ex-Googlers who wanted to get the most out of editorial images. To this day, it’s a global company that has more than 500 employees and an important international presence with offices in Spain, France, Italy, UK, Benelux, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, UAE, the US and India.
