Now with the horrors of Sign and Digital UK firmly out the way we can look at May and in particular two events that we are really looking forward to…

The first is Kiosk Europe Expo / Digital Signage Expo 2008 held in just under 2 weeks at Messe Essen in Essen, Germany from May 6th to 8th.

There are (amazingly) a lot of DS vendors flying in from distance to attend, including the likes of CAYIN Technology who will be demonstrating their digital signage solution (basically a range of compact media players, some central management server and remote management software) who can be seen on Stand 11C.06.

The other event that for those in retail in the UK is a must attend is the In-Store Show at Earls Court taking place on 20th – 22nd May 2008.

We understand that Mediazest will be there, sharing a stand with 3M – together those guys did a great stand two years back. It’s a nice show, very relaxed, lots of space and lots of retailers. We like it because it is a great place to meet up.
