GoVision LLC today announced that veteran high school sports administrator Philip ONeal has joined the company as Senior Advisor to help guide its game-changing entry into the Texas high school marketplace.

With its more than 20 years of high-profile sports venue experience at the collegiate and professional levels – bringing its state-of-the-art LED technology to virtually every sport from football, soccer and basketball to tennis, golf and endurance sports – GoVision has officially set its sights on the high school market, with an immediate focus on Texas high schools.

ONeal’s career in education spans nearly four decades, initially as a teacher and coach, and later as athletic director for 17 high schools and 23 middle schools across Texas. During that time, he supported 34 teams making state tournament appearances, nine of which won the state championship and 13 runners-up.

Among his many professional achievements, ONeal was inducted into the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association Class of 2024 Hall of Honor and was named its 2024 Athletic Director of the Year. He also serves as the immediate past president of the THSADA.

ONeal is a native of Dallas who earned his Eagle Scout in 1977 and graduated from Lake Highlands High School in 1980. He attended Paris Junior College and later Wayland Baptist University on basketball scholarships. He graduated from WBU in 1986 and was a member of the 1985 NAIA National Runner-Up Basketball Team. ONeal later received his Masters in Educational Administrative Leadership from Tarleton State University.
