Joel’s passion lies in delivering human-centered business transformation through technological innovation. With over 15 years of tech-specific leadership experience at OutEdge, Avida, and Cieslok Media, he possesses an innate ability to build and lead high-performance teams, with a proven record of delivering customized, scalable solutions for complex business environments. Over the past decade, he has applied his technical expertise, strategic planning and analytical skills in the digital out-of-home advertising industry to enable maximal revenue generation, realize increased technology ROI, and execute large-scale projects.
