The name ‘Hivestack’ has been with our industry for just over seven years, what was then Ayuda[x] Inc. rebranded itself as Hivestack Inc. at DMEXCO 2017 in September that year.
However following their acquisition 12 months ago by Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PERI) news is in that ‘Hivestack is Now Perion’ as they bring all their technologies under one powerful brand.
We are told that this transformation strengthens their ability to drive innovation, service, and support—while staying committed to the DOOH industry.
AYUDA[x] was spun out of Ayuda in September 2016.
