Rumour is that Blis, the audience-first platform that doesn’t rely on personal data, might shortly be acquired by T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS). T-Mobile of course entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Vistar Media early this year.
Blis has reportedly been actively exploring its exit options, including with PE firms and potential strategic acquirers for some time now but industry consensus seems to say that T-Mobile is now the most likely fit.
An announcement this week during #MWC25, the telecoms sector’s global trade body, as the GSMA hosts its largest conference, Mobile World Congress, in Barcelona may make sense.
One source familiar with development told Digiday that any such deal would value Blis at around USD 200 million.
