DPAA, the global trade marketing association driving the growth and digitization of out-of-home media, has announced the expansion of its successful Women’s Empowerment program, WE.DOOH.
For the past six years, the DPAA has empowered women across the global Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) ecosystem, by providing insightful and actionable workshops, content and panels related to the unique challenges women face across the industry.
The initiative has helped thousands of women worldwide learn how to advance their careers and help develop stronger networks. At the same time, we increased understanding among allies and leaders on how they can foster more inclusive workplace cultures and apply many of the learnings to accelerate their success.
“Our Women’s Empowerment program webinars have learnings for all,” said Barry Frey, President & CEO of DPAA. “It’s only fitting we evolved the program into a Leadership Series, especially in today’s climate.”
As the collaboration enters its seventh year, the initiative is evolving beyond the focus of women’s empowerment to a broader WE.DOOH Leadership Series, ensuring that all professionals in the DOOH industry have the tools, confidence, and strategies to lead effectively in today’s rapidly changing business environment. This strategic shift reflects DPAA’s commitment to strengthening the industry’s leadership pipeline by providing innovative, inclusive, and actionable training for all.
The next webinar on March 20 at 8amPT/11amET/4pmGMT will address Leadership Through Change. Attendees will learn to take control in uncertain times, reframe challenges as opportunities and build a game plan for change. In honor of Women’s History Month, the webinar will be open to all.
Speakers for the session will include:
Elizabeth Neubauer-Donovan, SVP, Global Head, Retail & Commerce Networks, Kinesso
Leslie Lee, SVP, Marketing, Vistar Media
Carl Fremont, CEO, Quigely-Simpson.
The session will be led by DPAA’s subject matter expert, Jennifer Willey, Founder & CEO of Wet Cement, a consultancy that builds empowered teams, confident leaders and inclusive cultures where innovation and growth thrive.
