When you have a small time space and a bunch of senior executives that are looking to meet, what’s the solution?
Good old ‘speed dating’.
That’s the approach the Digital Signage Investor Conference took on its first day just prior to lunch. While not everyone could meet, there was an exchange over eight little meet-and-greets – enough time to exchange business cards and quickly find out enough about each other that, if relevant, a future meeting could be set up. Or, of course, whom you want to avoid in the future!
It was a good ice-breaker. And maybe introduced a few people who would be unlikely to meet among the 90 registrants (including speakers and press).
