Co-Founder Shopping.com Joins WAFFiL
WAFFiL a marketing and technology solution that attempts to monetize plasma and LCD televisions, announced this week that Douglas Hay has joined its executive team as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Hay will oversee all operational aspects of the company with a focus on the patent pending WAFFiL product line.
Douglas Hay has more than 30 years of leadership experience in building retail brands and guiding established and early-phase companies.
During his career, Mr. Hay has served in a variety of executive positions. His career achievements include Co-Founder, Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Shopping.com that sold to Compaq Computer Corporation in an all cash transaction of $280 million and Vice President-Marketing of Lucky Stores/Northern Automotive, a $900 million dollar retail corporation.
