Jason Palmer Heads Up EMEA For STRATACACHE
STRATACACHE this week named Jason Palmer as the man who will spearhead its European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) business development group. He will be based in the UK.
“Jason is passionate about digital out-of-home (DOOH). He possesses vast experience and expertise in the marketplace, working with clients in retail and banking to formulate and launch their digital signage initiatives,” Louie Hollmeyer, STRATACACHE VP of Marketing told us.
With over 300,000 network-connected devices globally, STRATACACHE aims to bring its innovation and success in the retail, QSR, CPG and financial segments to Europe and the surrounding regions.
Louie added “Jason will be instrumental in further expanding the STRATACACHE global footprint and fulfilling our strategic objectives within EMEA. As EMEA increasingly adopts private, brand-driven signage applications with 2.0- and 3.0-type functionalities such as audience measurement, interactivity, traffic pattern analysis, and dynamic merchandising, STRATACACHE is well positioned to see its global install base grow with proven installations and advanced R&D in these areas.”
Jason most recently worked for British Telecommunications (BT) where he supported leading media and broadcast clients with solutions including digital signage, mobile TV, IPTV, and digital music.
While at BT, Palmer built successful market propositions for BT’s major corporate customers, predominately utilizing new digital applications, including digital gaming and self service kiosks, to enhance the consumer experience and leverage existing network infrastructure. Palmer has a degree in physics with optoelectronics from Surrey University in the UK.
