FEPE International (worldwide association of outdoor advertising companies) will be holding their 51st FEPE Annual Congress in Beirut 2nd – 4th June 2010 and they have a great line up of speakers including our good friend Francois de Gaspe Beaubien, Chairman & CCO ZOOM Media.
