Apps Help Real Estate Professionals Find Clients

Called the Complete Realty Suite, three new apps may well revolutionize the way that people conduct their home buying searches, and the way real estate professionals connect with and assist potential homebuyers.
These new iPhone/iPad apps are aimed at helping reinvigorate incomes for real estate agents.
By purchasing zip codes for regions of interest, real estate professionals immediately receive exclusive advertisement space on the Complete Foreclosures and Complete Homes apps – both of which have been ranked in the top 10 most downloaded free Business Apps in the iTunes App Store.
When the app users search for foreclosures and homes in a certain zip code or by GPS location, they also see an advertisement from the real estate agent who purchased that zip code, positioning the agent as the local expert and giving them qualified leads.
Only one agent is displayed per zip code for each app, creating exclusive referral territories that enable real estate agents to effectively “lock out” the competition. Complete Realty app users see full details on the participating agents, including their picture, profile, e-mail address, phone number and Web site address.
According to Daniel Burrus, founder of Visionary Apps in Hartland, Wisconsin, the Complete Realty Suite will “drive a revolution in how people shop for, buy, and sell real estate using the ever-evolving features of their smart phones.”
The apps are the brainchild of Burrus, who is also Visionary Apps technology forecaster and business strategist, Released for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, and free to consumers, the suite includes three separate applications for download: Complete Foreclosures, Complete Homes and Complete Rentals. Whereas most web-based listing sites only offer a few hundred thousand listings, these handheld apps hold more than 1.6 million listings across the U.S. per app, for the most complete mobile database available.
