We just learnt that #ScreenMediaExpo is running two incredibly innovative services at its event in May in London and both of them excite ‘the little boy in us’ immensely…

Norwegian outfit never.no will be running both of these services and they do pretty much what they say (TextTheScreen will be used in selected theatres to allow questions to be presented to the speakers).
The first is a service where attendees at the event can text a keyword and SMS shortcode combination with stand number and receive information details by return.
The second service allows conference attendees to ask speakers in the theatres questions without having to throw their hand up!!
This is the sort of innovation we like.
