Zeta Display Press Release English
ZetaDisplay – who count the Baugur Gruoup and Fons as investors – are leading the charge into the Danish / Scandinavian market by acquiring ScreenVisuals ApS.
ScreenVisuals (whom I have written about before) will now become ZetaDisplay Denmark A/S.
ZetaDisplay have long wanted to be the leading supplier of InStore TV in the Nordic Region and already boast numerous customers in the retail segment such as ICA – Sweden’s largest retailer.
Together the two companies already have customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Germany, Italy and Great Britain.
Another global (albeit Northern European) entrant. Great news for the industry and an example of the consolidation to come I believe.

I´d like to congratulate my friends at Zetadisplay that they got the ICA deal.
Even though we are competing on the market, it is very important that deals go through.
The market is growing rapidly and there will be some winners and a lot of losers that entered the market too late.
Best of luck to us all.
