PRN Could Loose Up To 80% Of Its Revenue

Nice to see that the exclusive we ran a few weeks ago about Gen 2.0 Walmart TV has been picked up widely in the mainstream press – in the US Mediaweek has run a couple of stories on it and we have had a fair few calls from other more mainstream journalists as well.

The as yet unanswered question is exactly what role PRN will play in the Gen 2.0 network going forward. Reading between the lines we think that the network has effectively been ‘pulled in-house’ and it will affect PRN adversely.

We estimate that PRN probably gets about 80% of its revenues from Walmart TV which of course it will start to lose now going forward.
