Distriktstandvården’s New Waiting Room Channel
Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief
Procast Media AB has signed an agreement with Distriktstandvården AB to install the waiting room channel DENTVISION in their ten clinics. The delivery also includes displays in all their treatment rooms – we believe that the agreement is valued at around 5 million SEK.
DENTVISION is one of Procast Medias two DOOH channels (the other one being the healthcare channel MEDTV). The network includes over 1700 screens in Scandinavia.
Distriktstandvården is one of the largest private dental companies in Sweden. In 2010 they aquired ten clinics in Stockholm from the Public Dental Clinics (Folktandvården). The clinics are in Botkyrka / Alby, Hallstavik, Jordbro, Järna, Kallhäll, Nykvarn, Rimbo, Salem, Sundbyberg and Upplands Väsby / Bollstanäs, all in the Stockholm area.
The screens will meet visitors both in the waiting rooms and in the treatment rooms (where the screens are mounted in the ceiling above the dental unit).
Ibbe Gnem, CEO of Distriktstandvårde told us “Our ambition is to create modern customer-oriented dental care which is committed to giving the patient the most pleasant experience possible of their visit, Our large investment in DENTVISION is part of our ambition to make their visit with us both enjoyable and safe”.
John Bernström, CEO of Procast Media told us “The network expansion is important in order to make the channel more attractive to advertisers. This is in addition to our budgeted expansion that continues as planned”.
